Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all " I fully endorse the above in view of the various challenges on all fronts for our little ones. At this stage of their life the foundations of future are laid. Nowadays alongwith IQ ( Intelligence Quotient) and EQ ( Emotional Quotient) there is another very important factor and (especially now ) that is AQ... Adversity Quotient. Today the world is changing at a very fast pace and we have to nurture our children suitably to enable them to achieve their ambitions. We have to just kindle their thought process so that they can communicate effectively. Learning is not limited to only to this age but it is a lifelong process. The school is responsible for the holistic growth of the child helping to fulfill their responsibilities in this changing world.

Prof. Shireen Pestonji is presently working as a Primary Teacher in Shree Gurukul International School, Balewadi since the year 2022. A well-qualified, experienced and diversified professional having over 10 years of teaching experience and over 11 years of consultancy experience in an MNC.
Her educational qualification includes Bachelor of Legal Laws (LLB), Masters of Legal Laws (LLM), Masters in Accountancy and Taxation (M COM), Bachelor of Education (B Ed) from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Pre-Primary Teacher Training Course from the Mahila Vyavsay Prashikshan Abhiyan Sanstha, Mumbai. She additionally has completed her Executive Level from the Institute of Company Secretaries Of India. She has also obtained specialisation in Labour Laws, Tax Laws and Cyber Laws from the Savitribai Phule Pune University.
She was the director in a successful pre-school and was actively involved in the smooth functioning and execution of various credentials and business decisions.

Prof. Poorva Pal is presently working as a Primary Teacher in Shree Gurukul International School since 2023. She is involved in day-to-day activities of the school.She has an interest in teaching Mathematics and Science. She holds Master degree (Msc) with specialization in Microbiology from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. Bachelor of Science with specialization in Biotechnology from Gurunanak College of Science, Ballarpur, Chandrapur. She has done Statistical Analysis System training course from tech data solution, Pune.

Prof. Pamela Manna is currently working as a Pre-Primary teacher at Shree Gurukul International School. She has completed her ECE and has two years of experience in the field. Her responsibilities at the school include handling parent queries, planning, managing, and conducting classes. Prior to teaching, she has worked in diverse fields, which make her a warm and caring teacher. She desires for all her students to be successful learners and creates a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students. Pamela holds a Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, PGDBM, and an MBA with Specialization in Finance and Marketing from Guru Ghasi Das University Chhattisgarh. She is very committed to professional ethics, standards of practice, and the care and education of young children. Apart from being an excellent teacher, she is also a passionate fine artist and encourages her students to actively participate in social-cultural activities.

Prof. Shilpa Yeole born on 29/07/1988, is currently serving as a Primary Teacher at Shree Gurukul International School in Balewadi. With a solid educational background, she holds a BEd degree and has pursued MCM as part of her academic journey. Shilpa's teaching career began as a Pre-primary teacher at Lexicon International School in Balewadi, showcasing her commitment and expertise in the field. In addition to her role as a primary teacher, Shilpa has expanded her horizons by taking on additional responsibilities. She is a Partner at Curamax Healthcare LLP, contributing to the healthcare sector, and also holds a position as a Partner at ArthaNirvana Financial Services LLP, showcasing her diverse professional engagements. Shilpa is a passionate individual with a keen interest in cooking, showcasing her creative side beyond the academic sphere. Family-oriented, she is happily married with two wonderful kids, balancing her professional and personal life with grace. With a track record of dedication and a multi-faceted approach to her career.

Prof. Smruti Rekha Mahala is presently working as a Primary Teacher in Shree Gurukul International school since 2022. She has more than 7 years of teaching experience for both school and college. She has 3 years of office administration experience as well, demonstrating her all around acumen. Smruti Rekha holds her Masters degree(MBA) with dual specialization in HR and MARKETING from SOA University, Odisha. She is a Graduate in ECONOMICS from Utkal University,Odisha and holds a Bachelors degree in Education from Pune University with specialisation in ENGLISH and GEOGRAPHY.
She is educationally enlightened, technologically savvy and open to pedagogical changes to create a positive learning environment. She is a versatile personality and is an ebullient source of energy to the people around her.

Prof. Suvarna Pawar is working as a Primary Teacher in Shri Gurukul International school from 2022. She is involved in day-to-day activities of the school. She has over 5 years of experience in the teaching field. She has worked with well known school that is Vibgyor High, Balewadi.
She holds a Masters degree(MBA) with specialization in Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Graduation degree with specialization in Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Bachelors degree in Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Prof. Vrushali Madhav Deshpande a passionate primary teacher at Shree Gurukul International School, Balewadi . She has the pleasure of teaching Marathi and Science , where every day is an opportunity to inspire and empower young minds.
She holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from Shivaji University Kolhapur and also done Bachelor Degree in education from Yashwantrao Chavan Open University Nashik With specialisation In Maths with distinction . Also she had completed Diploma in Information Technology from Sikkim-Manipal University of Health,Medical and Technological Sciences.Similarly she had done M.S.Office course from Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Examinations with first class. Her journey in education has been a fulfilling exploration of Maths and Science . Her teaching philosophy revolves around creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, where students feel motivated to explore, learn, and grow.

Prof. Swati Sah is working as a Primary Teacher in Shree Gurukul International School from 2023.She has 6 years of experience as teacher in pre-primary and primary domain. In her teaching career she has worked with Podar Jumbo Kids, Aundh and Podar International School, Wakad. She holds her “Master of Arts in Psychology” and 'Graduation in Psychology" degree from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga Bihar. Swati Sah has completed “Bachelors in Education” from Savitribai Phule Pune University with distinction.
She loves to conduct interactive activities for children by providing them free and healthy environment, so that kids can develop their creative and social skills along with learning.

Prof. Shilpi gupta is presently working as a Primary Teacher in Shree Gurukul International school since 2023 . She has more than 5 years of experience inin the teaching field. She has worked with well known school that is CSM bangles school Gwalior. She holds a Masters degree(M.Com) with specialization in. Economics from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Graduation degree (B.COM) with specialization in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior and Bachelors degree in Education from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She holds computer diploma PGDCA from Jiwaji University, Gwalior..

Prof. Neha Namdeo is working as a Pre-Primary Teacher in Shree Gurukul International School from 2023. She has 2 years of experience in the teaching field, 1 year of Administrative Assistant and 1 year of HR Assistant. She holds a Masters degree(MBA) with specialization in HR from Nagpur University, Nagpur. Bachelor of Science with specialization in Electronics from Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur and (Pursuing) Bachelors degree in Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
